I made these....

We will be doing THIS:

1.Start off with a 100x100 document>Crop image to you liking.
2.On base>Go To Autolevels>Autocontrast>Automaticcolor>After that go to Variations and click on Lighten x 1.
3.Duplicate Base And Set to Screen 100% Opacity.
4.Make a Selective Colorlayer using these settings:
Neutrals:Cyan:+22
                 Magenta:+14
                 Black:+17
                 White:+49,+30,+24,-31  

Press enter=OK.

5.Now Colorbalance:
Settings:Midtones:+20,+14,+25
                Shadows:+8,+14.+23
                Highlights:+8,+17,+10 }Duplicate this layer.

6.Go back to base layer, then go to sharpen x2> Then edit sharpen>Set to around 70% (it depends on the quality of your image.

7.Add text and a brush(optional,I chose only text on this perticular icon)

8.Merge Layers

9.Done!
